Welcome to YEP Manchester

The Manchester arm of Young Entrepreneurs in Property (YEP) was established in September 2007 and has quickly grown to a membership of more than 700 of the region’s property and construction professionals. YEP Manchester organises regular events for members to network, build business opportunities, learn about key developments in the market place and exchange ideas. Our aim is to help young people across all disciplines develop both their industry and entrepreneurial abilities.

Our members range from small start-up practices to large global players and it is free to join. YEP Manchester is a not for profit organisation run by a committee on an entirely voluntary basis.

The network has grown rapidly through word of mouth and the strength of its reputation for providing high quality, well attended events. All events are marketed on a first come first served basis and are regularly over-subscribed.
